Hello, I’m Jenn and I’m here to make tech simple.

I love systems and plans. I’m all over task lists, deliverables, deadlines, and processes like a seagull on chips.

I’ve been around a while. I did two decades in corporate IT, going from helpdesk pleb to engineering grunt to suit wearing manager.

I then went freelance in order to do the whole “ditch your sucky corporate career, travel the world, make a bajillion quid and work for four hours a week” malarkey.

Once I had THAT out of my system, I settled down into helping one person businesses to streamline the tech and admin side of their businesses.

Here is the tech I set up


From one page “business card on the web” sites to multi-page sites to sites selling items. I work  in WordPress with the Divi theme for larger sites, with Carrd (affiliate link) for starter sites.

Opt Ins and Sales Funnels

I can set up your mailing list system with your free thing. I can also extend this into a sales funnel. All you need to do is provide the words and pictures, I’ll take care of the rest.

Client Intake Systems

Setting this up so it runs smoothly and professionally without you having to remember a bazillion steps. Also stops tasks falling through the cracks and make you look like the pro you are.

Payment Systems

You’re in this to get paid a fair price for a decent service. I set up your tech so you can take payments easily and issue invoices and receipts automatically.

Group Programmes and Courses

When you have a 1:1 service that clients get great results from, you can turn that into a group programme and/or an online course. You provide the content, I’ll take care of the tech.

Early Life Support & Training

You’re not thrown into the deep end once the tech is set up. I’ll stay alongside you to provide support and training for your new tech systems, so you can run these yourself confidently.

Here’s who I work with

I work with solo coaches, consultants and therapists. They have got their business off the ground and are in the frazzled and messy stage, with their eyes on being streamlined and structured.

The back end tech has mostly been DIY’d, and it’s all a bit cluttered. They know what they offer and who they offer it too. However, the cluttered tech means they’re spending waaaay too long on admin and fighting tech battles.

In the ideal world, we’d all set up Trello boards and work methodically through a Big Ass Task List. In reality, we’re not all like that. Plus, when it’s your own business, you’re totally emotionally invested.

That’s where I come in. I have a logical, structured and analytical brain. Together, we map out your tech strategy then work together to implement it.

How this works

Your first step is to book a call with me to discuss what you need. Of course, you’re very welcome to make that first contact by email instead, although we will have a call after that if I can help you.

If we are a good fit, I will send you a proposal with a few options and costs. Quotes start from a few hundred pounds. I always offer payment plans and I always offer options. I believe in charging a fair price for good work, not in extracting every penny out of you I can.

Once you have your proposal, questions are welcome! If you want to have a second call to discuss, that’s totally fine. As we will be working closely together, it’s vital we both feel comfortable.

Once the proposal is accepted, I will send a contract and a scope of work. we then dig into these stages:

Step One – Your Vision Becomes Our Mission

We begin our journey together by diving deep into your business. Through a detailed questionnaire, I extract every ounce of information about your goals, challenges, and future plans. I leave no stone unturned to ensure a complete understanding of your unique business.

But it doesn’t end there! We schedule a 90-minute call to discuss the questionnaire, ensuring that I have a full grasp of your vision. Together, we’ll fine-tune your goals and align them with a clear roadmap for success.


Step Two – A Tailor-Made Plan, Just for You

I take your business’s next steps and lay them out in a simple, manageable structure. My tech expertise comes into play as I craft a comprehensive plan that covers your current state, where to go next, and precisely how to get there. But it doesn’t stop at words on paper.

To make your journey even smoother, I create a central private dashboard where we collaborate seamlessly. This dashboard serves as the nerve centre of our strategic partnership. It houses documentation, project plans, and resources, ensuring that you and I are always on the same page.

Step Three – We plough through together

We work through the plan together. Some tasks you will do, and some I will do. Your tasks will be around content, creation and occasional purchases (if new systems are required). Mine are the tech and process creation.

We are in contact weekly and you get weekly progress reports. If we get into a tangle, we can hop into a call to detangle it in a jiffy.

I am your tech partner in your business, moving you forward so you can remove the tech obstacles and launch your services, courses and programmes without the stress.

How much is this?

I don’t do the whole price list thing because I believe every business is as unique as a unicorn. ????

I’m all about diving deep into your specific needs and dreams for your business. Once I’ve got the lowdown on what makes your business tick, I’ll whip up a custom plan and price that’s just for you – like a bespoke suit for your business success.

Who is this not for?

I don’t tend to be a good fit for people with large teams. Being a cog in the wheel doesn’t give me the immersive overview of the business that I need so I can make the right strategic recommendations.

I don’t work with people who use income claims in their marketing. By this, I mean posting screenshots of bank accounts or by promising clients they will achieve a certain level of income. I also don’t work with people who charge egregious amounts of money for their services.

I don’t work with “messy creatives” who like to experiment with new ideas. I help make a business structured and sustainable. This isn’t about working at a breakneck speed to put ideas online in record times.  No shade if this is you, it’s a strategy that can work wonderfully. But it’s not how I work best.

If you’re just starting out and are unsure of what you offer and how to position it, and even how to get clients, I’m not the person you want to hire right now. You will be better off with a business coach. once you have your plan, I can help set up the tech for it though!

Will working with you mean I'll hit six or seven figures and beyond and take over the world?

Maybe. Maybe not. I don’t make claims about increased income and I don’t use promises of making more money in my marketing. This would be unethical as income is dependent on many variables.

So if you can't make me more money, what's the point?

You’ll be saving yourself time, energy and headspace. My clients tend to procrastinate a lot less as they have someone running the business with them. They appreciate the added accountability. They also tend to spend less time speaking to people about maybe one day launching things and actually launch them.

Will you help me choose my tech systems?

Yes. I am a big fan of systems selection based on a tool being fit for both purpose and use. This means it does what it’s supposed to but is also easy to use. There’s no point getting in Course-a-Tron 3000 if you need a degree in advanced computernomics to operate it.

Will you set all the tech up for me?

Not quite. I will set it up with you. We work together on this – some bits you can do, some I can do. We assign tasks to whichever of us is the best at that task.

Also, I work with you to empower you with the tech. Why? Because you need to have an understanding of how the practical, systems side of your business works. Once you have that understanding, THEN you can hand it over. I train you on the bits you need to know.

If you are looking for someone to run all of your back end for you, an OBM would probably be a better choice for you.

You're a good writer, Jenn, will you write my copy for me? Or at least add some spark to mine?

No, sorry. Copywriting is a craft and one I have no professional training in. I am entirely self taught. I can’t ethically offer copywriting or editing as a service. So I don’t.

What are your professional qualifications, Jenn?

My degree is in Modern Languages, emphasis on Stylistic Analysis and Translation. I also hold a Prince2 Foundation certificate, CompTIA A+ certificates in Hardware and Software, ITILv3 Foundation and ITILv3 Service Transition Practitioner Level. Oh and an ISEB Certificate in Software Testing. Forgot about that one! It was fun though – ask me to geek out about the V Model for Testing if you’re having trouble with insomnia!

So how come you're not in the corporate world?

Cos it bores the shit out of me. I can’t do the politics, the toadying to the boss and I don’t like being told what to wear, when to work and when to have my lunch. I prefer to devote my energy to solving problems. Also – the corporate world doesn’t appreciate it if you come to work in fancy dress just because it’s Xmas Eve.

How many people have you worked with in the online business world?

I’ve lost count. I’ve been working online since 2011 part time and since 2018 full time. I’ve worked with people just taking their first steps to a couple of six figure launches. I am unable to share too much about my clients’ back ends as that would be entirely unethical. If you want to speak to previous clients, I am happy to give you their contact details.

Can I pay in a currency other than GB£?

At present I only accept payment in GB£. I also don’t accept Skill Swaps, Exposure or Promises.

Do you offer split payments?

Yes, happy to. There is a small markup on split payments to cover the extra admin plus the risk to me, but I don’t go in for stupid high split payments.

Can I contact your former clients for references?

Yes, of course. I want you to feel comfortable working with me, not coerced or rushed. Let me know when we talk and I’ll give you contact details.
