I help solo business owners get their tech, processes, and systems in order, so they can run their business with more ease, more time, and less frustration.

I specialize in working with low-energy entrepreneurs, whether that’s because of disability, neurodivergence, health challenges, or just life being a lot.

If you’re tired of feeling buried under messy systems and endless admin, I can help you clear the fog and create a business that actually works for you.

How do I know if we’re a good fit?

We’ll work well together if:

I do high-level tech setup and process design, but I don’t act as an on-call VA or IT help desk. If something’s straightforward, I’ll guide you (or your VA) through it.

If we’re a good match, we book a call – We chat about what’s going on in your business and where you need support.

I create a game plan – This outlines the best way forward, whether that’s an audit, strategy session, or ongoing support.

We get to work – I’ll guide you through the changes, helping you streamline things without overwhelm.

What’s included in your services (and what’s not)?

Included: Strategy, audits, system mapping, process improvement, tech recommendations, and high-level tech setups.

I make sure everything is working properly before we launch it live, so you’re not left dealing with a broken system.

I also stay available during the launch phase to make sure things run smoothly.

Not included: Basic tech implementation, admin/VA tasks, or urgent, last-minute fixes.

If something suddenly breaks in your existing live setup, that’s outside my scope—I’m here to build better systems, not troubleshoot old ones.

How do we communicate during the project?

Email and online meetings. 

I don’t check any other channels regularly (so if you text me or DM me on social media, I might not see it for weeks).

I’ve set up my communication this way because social interaction takes a lot of energy, and I want to use that energy to give you my best work.

How long will my project take?

It depends on the scope, but I always set clear dates before we start. We’ll agree together on who does what and when, so you’ll always know where we’re at.

If you need more time, we can adjust—just keep in mind that if I don’t get what I need from you on time, things might be delayed.

What happens if I need to take a break?

That’s totally fine! Just let me know, and I’ll put your project on hold. But please don’t ghost me — if I don’t hear from you for 14 days, I’ll pause the project.

If 30 days pass, I’ll mark it as inactive, and we’ll need to figure out how to get things back on track when you’re ready.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens! If you cancel before I’ve done much work, you’ll get a full refund.

If I’ve already put significant time into planning or execution, I’ll retain 50% of the fee to cover that work.

If I’ve done most of the project already, I may charge based on the percentage completed.
