I sit in the background of your site and handle the unsexy jobs so you don't have to think about them. Updates, backups, errors, all of it. If something needs fixing, I fix it. If something looks off, I'll usually have caught it before you even notice.
You get to carry on running your business like your website doesn't exist, because as far as your to-do list is concerned, it doesn't anymore.

I have around 25 years in tech, most of it in the unglamorous job of keeping things running day to day rather than just parachuting in when something's on fire. I know how to fix issues without panic.

Is this for me?
If your site is live, stable, and done, yes. If you're still building it or it's actively broken, this isn't the right fit yet, get in touch and I'll point you the right way.
What if I've got an online shop or membership site?
Ecommerce and membership sites are more involved to keep secure, so they're not covered under the standard £45 plan. Get in touch and I'll quote you properly.
What if my site is already broken?
That's a different job. I'll take a look and quote separately.
Can I ask you random questions about my site?
Yes. That's part of it. If it's quick, I'll usually just fix it.
Will I know what you're doing each month?
You'll get a monthly report. Most of the time you won't notice anything happening at all, which is the point.
