Brain Dump Call
A 60-minute call to get everything out of your head, plus a 30-minute follow-up to check you've actually done something with it. Let's close those ever-open tabs for good.

Everything is urgent. Nothing is moving.
There's no single problem you can point to. There's just the list. The hum. The seventeen browser tabs you've had open since Tuesday because closing them feels like giving up.
You've tried to prioritise. The problem is that everything genuinely is a priority. And when everything is screaming urgent, your brain picks none of it.
So you redesign your Canva templates and call it a productive afternoon.
Nothing dramatic happens. You just keep going the way you're going.
You carry it all in your head. Picking things up, putting them down, picking them back up again three days later like nothing happened. Starting things and not finishing them because something even more urgent appeared and your brain went with it.
Nobody's going to fire you over this. But you'll still be carrying it in six months, same list, more tabs.
What you actually need is someone who will
1. hear the whole lot
2. make sense of it
3. tell you where to start
That's me. Twenty five years of other people's chaos and I still find it interesting.
I'm Jenn and I have strong feelings about a well-structured checklist. I track things in spreadsheets as a hobby.
I genuinely enjoy untangling a chaotic back-end and figuring out what's broken, not because I have to, but because finding the order inside the mess is, for me, the good bit.
I've been doing this for 25 years and I have yet to meet a pile of chaos I couldn't sort into a sensible sequence.

Let's sort it out.
You talk. I listen. We make sense of it.
£250
Money's tight right now?
I work from an anti capitalist pricing approach, so if £250 isn't doable, use the code ACCESS at checkout and pay half price instead. Same call, same structure, no questions asked.
I'm not doing this because business is booming and I've got room to spare, I do need the income. But if you can pay full price, I'd rather you did, so I can continue to offer the discount for people who genuinely need it.
60 minutes on a video call. You bring everything that's going on, the operations, the admin, the systems, the things that are taking twice as long as they should. Nothing is too small or too chaotic. That's the point.
I'll ask questions until the pile makes sense, then it all goes into a one page report, ranked in order of importance so you know exactly where to start. Not a six week framework. Just a clear place to begin."
A couple of weeks later, we get back on a call for 30 minutes to check how it's gone and what's actually moved.
What's included?
One 60-minute video call
A one page report of everything on your plate, ranked in order of importance
A 30-minute follow-up call to check you've actually done something with it
How much is it?
£250, paid at booking. If I genuinely can't help, you get every penny back. I'm not in the business of taking your money and hoping for the best.

"Straight-forward, easy to understand "
Jenn has been a life saver! When I was lost in the fog, trying to climb a mountain of tech unknowns, feeling powerless, Jenn explained the tech-side of business in a straight-forward, easy to understand way.
By the time we hang up.
Not tomorrow. Not after you've had time to think about it. By the time we hang up.
You'll know what matters most right now. You'll know what to do first. And you'll have it in writing so when your brain tries to convince you it made the whole thing up, you can point at the report and say: no, there it is.
That's what the first call gets you. A starting point that actually holds. The follow-up call is there to make sure it stays that way.
This is what happens when the fog lifts.
You stop carrying the list in your head because it's not in your head anymore. It's in order, on paper, with a clear place to start.
The business doesn't transform overnight. But you do start moving. One thing, then the next, then the one after that. Not because you suddenly have more capacity or better habits. Because you know what to do first, and that turns out to be most of what was missing.
That's what forward motion feels like. Not magic. Just knowing what's next.
So why am I the right person for this?
I'm autistic. Which means I have a genuinely unusual relationship with chaos. I can see it, map it, and sort it into a sequence without breaking a sweat. Not because I'm immune to overwhelm, I absolutely am not, but because unpicking a tangled mess and finding the logic inside it is the thing my brain does naturally and enthusiastically.
I also know what it's like to be on the other side of it. The paralysis. The tab hoarding. The three hours in Canva. I'm not sitting here with a perfectly ordered life judging yours. I just happen to be very good at finding the thread that makes everything else make sense.
No two businesses are the same and no two brains are the same. I'm not coming in with a framework to force yours into. I'm coming in to figure out what works for how you actually operate.
Twenty five years in tech. Zero judgement. Let's go.

“Clarity, calm, and the exact questions I didn’t know to ask”
I felt overwhelmed by all the half-finished systems in my business. I didn’t know where to start or how to make things work without burning out. Jenn gave me clarity, a path, and the reassurance I didn’t know I needed. They asked the right questions, pulled at the right threads, and made sense of the chaos, without it ever feeling overwhelming.
Right. Let's do this.
£250. Paid at booking. No back and forth, no discovery calls about the discovery call. You book, you answer a few quick questions, and that's it. We're on.
If I genuinely can't help, you get your money back. Simple as that.
Quick Answers
These are the questions I get a lot. If you don't see yours, drop me an email on jenn@hellyeahtech.com or use the form below.
Is this just for tech problems?
Not at all. This is about your business operations. The admin, the systems, the workflows, the things that are draining your energy. If it's getting in the way of running your business, it's fair game.
Do I need to know what my problem is before we talk?
No. That's the whole point. You just need to show up and start talking. I'll help you make sense of it.
What if there's too much to cover in 60 minutes?
There usually is. That's fine. Everything you bring gets captured in the one page report, ranked in order of importance so you know exactly where to start. The rest isn't forgotten, it's just not today's job.
What if I want more support after this?
If there's more to untangle after our calls, we'll figure out what that looks like.
