Core Values at Hell Yeah Tech
Company mission statement
Hell Yeah Tech’s mission is to help solo business owners streamline their operations, making life easier and more enjoyable. I focus mainly on “low energy” business owners - be that health issues, disabilities, neurodivergence, age related, external pressures. In a nutshell it’s anyone who doesn’t have hours of time or bags of energy to devote to their business.
I specialise in transforming DIY’d, scrappy setups into well-organised, efficient systems. My goal is to free up your time and energy, allowing you to run your business in a way that truly supports you.
Company beliefs and values
Embrace Individuality: I believe in doing things your way, rejecting the idea that one size fits all.
Focus on Goals: It’s all about identifying and achieving your goals, not just picking the latest tech system.
Keep the Human Touch: Personal interaction and genuine customer care are at the heart of what I do.
Smart Use of Technology: I use technology, including AI, but always aim to avoid impersonal, cookie-cutter experiences.
Customer Care: It’s crucial to serve customers well without overextending or burning out.
Clear Boundaries: Clear communication of boundaries helps maintain a healthy balance between serving clients and personal well-being.
Find the Right Fit: Working with the right clients who share your values is essential.
Say No to Hustle Culture: I reject the 24/7 hustle mindset and advocate for strategic, sustainable marketing.
Prioritize Delivery: Excellent customer service and delivery are more important than extensive marketing.
Be Honest and Direct: Transparency and straightforward communication are key.
Celebrate Authenticity: Encouraging everyone to be themselves in a non-judgmental, respectful environment is important.
Partner with Clients: I see client relationships as partnerships, not servitude.
Sustainable Practices: I focus on sustainable and ethical business practices to avoid burnout and unrealistic expectations.
Respect and Support: Treating clients with respect and offering support, while maintaining personal boundaries, is crucial.

Life mission statement
My life mission is to create a balanced, enjoyable life that blends excitement with calm and order. From a young age, I believed life should be more than just enduring daily grind—it should be fulfilling and joyful. In a society driven by profit, I strive to maintain manageable stress levels and a sense of peace. I aim to have the financial freedom to travel, work where and when I choose, and possibly live abroad for short periods.
I don't seek fame or admiration; instead, I want to make a quiet, meaningful impact on others' lives. I value being recognized for my intelligence and wisdom rather than seeking the spotlight. My mission is to accept myself, be comfortable in my own skin, and treat others with kindness. I aim to be discerning about the people I let into my life and focus on simply having a good, fulfilling time.
